There is hardly any use case in which photos, images and sketches do not play an important role in digital data acquisition and documentation. With its integrated photo function, the HybridForms App makes the work of teams on site much easier. There are three ways to take pictures for a process: With the internal camera of the smartphone or tablet used<\/strong>, via image upload from a directory<\/strong> or via the scanner function<\/strong> for written documents including OCR.<\/p>\n

All images are automatically added to the corresponding form<\/strong> in the App and sorted in chronological order<\/strong> \u2013 with brief info on the date and time they were taken. Photos and images can also be displayed in individual sections directly on a form page. This ensures that no shot is lost or incorrectly assigned. Another advantage: You save time, because no subsequent post-processing is necessary.<\/p>\n

And you have optimal data security<\/strong>: The photos you take with the App are temporarily stored directly in the context of the user and the HybridForms App on the mobile device \u2013 and exclusively and securely synchronized only with the HybridForms Server. There is no automatic upload to an iCloud or Google.<\/p>\n

When you select an image, additional metadata and detailed information<\/strong> is displayed, such as file name, date and time, image size, location. Thus it is always documented when and where a photo was taken. Additional explanations and notes are possible in a comment field. The advanced sketch function<\/strong> is another helpful tool for the clear visualization of facts<\/strong>: Arrows, lines, shapes and freehand drawing pen in different colors and line widths (also pressure sensitive), insertion of texts in different sizes and colors, eraser for selective deletion, zoom, crop and rotate the image \u2013 markings, drawings or annotations directly on the photos can be added quickly and easily already during your appointment. The original image remains unchanged, the system saves all annotations in a copy and displays it separately.<\/p>\n

Of course, the HybridForms photo function also works in offline mode<\/strong>, i.e. uninterrupted work is thus guaranteed anytime and anywhere.
