Mobile Client App for Android, iOS and Windows<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The HybridForms mobile Client App runs on any current smartphone and tablet<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Android, iOS and Windows. We developed HybridForms with special attention to the \u00bbmobile first\u00ab concept to ensure the best possible user experience and optimal results (such as the size of form fields and controls) even when working on-site. On mobile devices, you can enter data via touch gestures and \u2013 depending on the model \u2013 also with a digital pen. The display of forms and checklists always adapts automatically to the requirements of your end device: Portrait \/ landscape format, hide \/ show left menu bar, mobile navigation (\u00bbhamburger menu\u00ab), single-column \/ double-column display of the individual form sections.<\/p>\n

The HybridForms App is under continuous development and the latest version of the App is available in the App Stores (Google Play, Apple App and Windows App Store)<\/strong>. Progressive Web App for Web Browser<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

You can also use HybridForms via a Web Browser as a Progressive Web App (PWA) \u2013 for example, on your laptop or desktop computer, but also on the mobile devices. All current versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge as well as Apple Safari<\/strong> are supported. You don’t need to download and install an App from a store, just enter a URL in your browser’s address bar. After secure login, the forms are displayed, automatically adjusted to fit your browser’s window size.<\/p>\n

The HybridForms Web App is largely the same as the mobile Client App in terms of user experience, user interface, and feature set \u2013 but optimized for the specific device. You can also edit the forms in offline mode with the Progressive Web App. Note, however, that depending on the equipment of your computer, functions such as camera or voice memos\/audio may not be available.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Change of devices and device pools<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

HybridForms as a cross-platform forms solution supports flexibility and mobility in daily work.<\/strong> A common scenario in many companies, for example, is the user preparing the form on a laptop, then switching to a tablet for capturing data and photo documentation on the road at the assignment\/appointment, and then back in the office completing the form and evaluating the results on a desktop computer. Ongoing synchronization of data as well as workflow throughout the process is handled by the HybridForms Core Server \u2013 for optimal user experience, security and privacy.<\/p>\n

The tiered logout feature<\/strong> gives you the option, when logging your user out of a device, to keep or delete your settings (such as language and available form types) until your next login to the device. All temporary form data is always generally deleted from the device. If you have activated \u00bbPreserve my data\u00ab when logging out, your general settings will be available again when logging in again on the same device. This is especially helpful for device pools and sharing devices with other users and saves time when logging in again. If the new login is made with another user account, this data will be deleted in any case.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Responsive design with HybridForms Designer<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

HybridForms Designer is an interactive form builder<\/strong> that lets you create custom form templates for your applications<\/strong>. The interactive designer is based on the low code principle so that simpler templates can be implemented quickly \u2013 with drag & drop and WYSIWYG preview. You can create as many templates as you like and create and edit an unlimited number of individual forms based on these templates \u2013 at no additional cost. Netz Nieder\u00f6sterreich<\/strong><\/a> is an Austrian operator of electricity and natural gas networks and a subsidiary of EVN AG. The legally required regular inspection of about 300,000 gas installations is carried out by 1,500 external network partners, and the approximately 3,000 users of these partners are securely integrated into HybridForms via the Group Portal function.<\/p>\n
