The link opens the form, which can then be completed and submitted \u2013 all without login.
\nStarting with Version 10.5, ReachOut now offers an additional layer of security, as forms can be additionally protected with a PIN<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n- The recipient receives the personal link via email as usual.<\/li>\n
- Before opening the form, a PIN<\/strong> must be entered.<\/li>\n
- Access is limited to a maximum of three attempts<\/strong> \u2013 after which the link is locked<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
This new feature enhances the security of sensitive data deliveries and protects against unauthorized access \u2013 especially relevant in areas with high data protection requirements.<\/p>\n
