About us: 30 years of success as a team
What began with a meeting at a computer get-together during the student days soon led to the founding of a joint company thanks to enthusiasm for data technology and communication networks. The core team from back then is still on board – as are some customers from the early days, with whom we have now been working for decades.

1995
Founding of simon media GmbH, the first Internet provider in Styria / Austria, realization of the first websites for commercial customers
1998
Implementation of the first web portal www.steiermark.at, Province of Styria becomes the first official customer – ongoing cooperation to this day
2000
M&A of simon media by the listed KPNQwest Group (bankruptcy of KPNWest 2002), simon media becomes part of KPNQwest Austria

Management buy-out & foundation of icomedias GmbH, takeover and seamless continuation of customer projects
