HybridForms is available as a free trial version in AppStore (iOS), PlayStore (Android) and Windows Store (Windows). Just a few steps are needed to activate the app. You can test the app for free – with no obligations, without risks. The trial version contains three sample forms which enable you to try out the input options. Further functions such as the built-in PDF module, access to the central SQL platform or the Excel evaluation option are disabled for this version.

The HybridForms client app runs on all devices with Android, iOS, Windows as well as a Web App. You choose the optimal device according to your field of application – a SmartPhone (with/without pen), a business tablet, a rugged outdoor tablet with special sleeve or a laptop. You can fill out your forms on-site, take photos, store audio memos, integrate location information in your maps. For the central administration of the stored data you need a Microsoft SQL server or Microsoft Azure Cloud. You can either purchase the HybridForms software once or alternatively have it fully operated as a subscription.

With the HybridForms Web App you can also work with HybridForms on desktop computers – directly in your web browser. You can fill in forms simply in the browser, check the entries and edit them. Everything in your familiar working environment.

You can use the HybridForms Designer to flexibly create any number of customized form templates based on your requirements, using the extensive options and selection of predefined form elements.

The HybridForms client app also works independently of access to the Internet. All data you enter in offline mode is synchronized with the central database when the network is available again. You always see the current status in the app’s header bar, quickly visible at a glance.

You can integrate a variety of external devices via the USB interface option in the app – such as, for example, pulse oximeter, electrocardiogram (ECG), bar code scanners, printers, chip cards. The data will automatically be displayed in the appropriate form fields.

Data exchange from and to third-party systems is possible via Microsoft SQL interfaces, legacy systems can be integrated easily. Linking data and systems – instead of replacing them –  is the key aim.

The encrypted data connection using SSL/TLS ensures the security of your data during the entire working process.

The app speaks many languages, forms are available in several languages. Such as also with Arabic characters and Arabic reading direction. The default language settings of HybridForms are English and German.

No matter whether you prefer to hold you tablet vertically or horizontally, whether you have a large or small tablet – the forms always fit, and adujst automatically and perfectly to the the respective alignment and size.
