HybridForms from icomedias is a system for efficient mobile data capture with interactive forms. It uses Microsoft SQL Server or Microsoft Azure Cloud as a back-end for templates and forms and a cross-platform app as a mobile client for Android, iOS, Windows and Web.

The app uses sensor technology and peripherals connected to the device such as camera, microphone, GPS/location, etc., in addition to keyboard, mouse, tablet pen or finger gesture input. The data collected with these devices is cached on the client PC. The use of commonly used security mechanisms such as secure and secret passwords, automatic locking of the device when not in use, virus scanner or hard disk encryption is recommended.

There are two variants of use:

• Free trial: single clients with storage of captured data directly on the client. The examples of form templates used in the test are made available centrally by icomedias for retrieval.
• Production version: One or more clients with storage of the data on the client as well as on the customer’s SharePoint server. The form templates are retrieved from the client’s server.

In no case form content is stored on icomedias servers. icomedias only collects, processes and stores the necessary data such as e-mail address, name and company name for the creation and assignment of access data or for the processing of activation keys. icomedias uses this data exclusively internally for processing and for communication with the customer and does not pass this data on to third parties under any circumstances. The communication of the app with systems of icomedias is encrypted with SSL/TLS. You can end the free trial at any time and delete the app as well as your local data.
