Live documentation of the acceptance process and regular maintenance service appointments of refrigeration and freezer systems at food retailers by independent local COOLPOINT partners is carried out digitally throughout using the HybridForms App for Android, iOS, Windows and Web Browser.
The local service partners access their forms via the group portal function, the administration of the individual users is carried out by the partners themselves. The group portal enables large companies to work securely with external partner companies – everything is recorded transparently, collected data can be evaluated immediately, spare parts and repairs can be billed more quickly.
The templates for the checklists and forms are created by the internal department, by now more than 20 individual templates for various applications have already been integrated.
