ELK Fertighaus, a prefabricated house manufacturer operating throughout Europe and headquartered in Lower Austria (Austria), uses HybridForms for the documentation of various processes, such as house handovers. The process of each construction project is mapped in up to 13 stages – such as customer data, the inspection of the access road to the planned construction site, various acceptances (such as basement/floor slab, ready-to-surface house, turnkey house) up to the completion of the construction project. Granular authorizations regulate the read and write access of the different user groups (like assembly teams or site managers) for each individual stage. Actions such as exporting interim reports as PDFs or sending automated e-mails to the respective customer with PDF attachments are executed in certain stages via integrated workflows.
Data entry with the HybridForms App takes place in a multi-stage process. Each user group only ever sees those form fields that are relevant to them – so the checklists remain clear. Functions such as mobile photo documentation and the signing of completed reports by customers, site managers, or lot leaders directly on the device support the teams in their work on site – mobile, structured, and without media breaks.
