HybridForms Software as Service (SaaS) – including operating and updates
HybridForms is available as SaaS model on the server in the operating version SAAS Business, combined with a number of clients (for Android, iOS, Windows and Progressive Web App for Browser). With increasing demand, you simply add more clients to the existing server at low additional cost.
The advantages of the SaaS model: HybridForms Server software and server infrastructure are operated by icomedias/HybridForms, you use both as a service – based on monthly usage fees.
Full service with 36 months of predictable termination
The connection to your existing systems (CRM, ERP, files, control centers …) can be handled by a HybridForms solution partner, your own IT department or icomedias/HybridForms as software vendor. With software update maintenance included, you always have up-to-date access to the latest App releases – easy self-service via our HybridForms Service Portal or from your HybridForms integration partner.
2: Client Licenses for Users
In addition to the HybridForms Server you need client licenses for your users. These licenses are available in different scales – you can adjust the number at any time according to your needs. Each user with a client license can use an unlimited number of forms on any number of devices – cross-platform with Android, iOS, Windows and Progressive Web App.
The following scales are available: #10 users | #50 users | #100 users | #500 users | #1,000 users | #5,000 users | #10,000 users
Costs: monthly client license (36 months) for each user
3: System Setup
System setup includes coordination, system setup, admin training and support pool.
Operation is provided by icomedias in Austria/EU or with Microsoft Azure in the Cloud.
Provided by the customer: infrastructure, mobile devices, etc.
The administration of your system with assignment of users/logins is done by you – simply via web browser.
Optional: Consulting, usability design and development of form templates, interfaces to third party systems, process and workflow integration, mobile device management etc.: on time and material basis.
Costs: one-time for setup, optional services are charged on time and material basis
Interfaces & form templates
Possible connections to third-party systems and specific interfaces to existing systems must be planned and implemented separately.
We may jointly design a first form template and do the technical implementation so that your team can start quickly and easily (on T&M basis). You can create additional form templates by yourself, with a HybridForms solution partner or with icomedias.
Based on these templates, you can create and edit an unlimited number of individual forms – at no additional cost!
Operation and software updates
The SAAS version (Software as a Service) is operated by icomedias/HybridForms in Austria/EU or in the Microsoft Azure Cloud on HybridForms Server for SQL/Operator Edition as a subsystem. The connection to the icomedias authorization/user management is made via ADFS or Azure AD. All technical system maintenance and updates are included in the monthly costs. You don’t have to worry about this separately.
SAAS: 36 months term of contract, billing annually in advance, can be terminated annually after the term.
