Stages of a real-life test in a pilot project

A test drive in a pilot project (Proof of Concept / PoC) is the testing of essential functions in real life. You select from your existing (paper) forms and then, together with our usability experts, we create your individual form templates.

Our development team will then realize the digital implementation based on this.

We’ll set up a HybridForms system for you and activate access for several users. Your staff can work with your tailor-made in-house forms and use advanced features like PDF, data sync, group access, images with annotations and biometric signatures in their daily working environment.

A pilot project runs for several weeks. During this period, you can verify how well HybridForms meets the requirements of your processes – and especially the daily added value for your users. All this is accompanied by your responsible project manager and direct contact at icomedias.
