The Bauer Group now documents all service cases with HybridForms: Extensive importer from Jira, documentation and data acquisition at the customer’s site on Android tablets, interfaces to the ERP system.

HybridForms and mobile forms in service case management

The service sheet, which the service technicians up to now printed out on paper and then filled out, is now displayed completely with HybridForms. A service case is triggered via the Jira Support and Case Management System and all relevant data is imported into HybridForms. The technician documents the operation with his Samsung tablet, the customer finally signs directly on the tablet and receives an extract of the operation report as a PDF.
