HybridForms Software licenses – for your Server On Premises or your Cloud
HybridForms is available in three editions (Business, Enterprise and Operator) for the Core Server, combined with a number of clients according to your needs (for Android, iOS, Windows and Progressive Web App for Browser). With increasing demand, you simply add more clients to your server package at low additional cost.
Licenses: one-time purchase and update maintenance
The installation and the connection to your existing systems (CRM, ERP, files, control centers …) can be managed by a HybridForms integration partner, your own IT department or icomedias/HybridForms as software vendor. With software update maintenance, you always have up-to-date access to the latest releases – easy self-service at the HybridForms Service Portal or your HybridForms integration partner.

2: Client Licenses for Users
In addition to the HybridForms Core Server, you need client licenses for your users. These licenses are available in different scales – you can adjust the number at any time, depending on your needs. Each user with a client license can edit an unlimited number of forms on any number of devices – cross-platform with Android, iOS, Windows and Progressive Web App.

3: System Setup
System setup includes coordination, preparation and installation checklist, remotely assisted server installation as well as an admin training and a support pool.
The operation is carried out on your system either on premises on your own servers or your Microsoft Azure account in the Cloud – your security and your full control.
Provided by the customer: Preparation based on the checklist, ready-to-use infrastructure, access data and devices, etc.
Optional: Consulting, usability design and development of form templates, interfaces to third-party systems, process and workflow integration, device selection and mobile device management, etc.: together with you and according to time & material.
Costs: one-time purchase for setup, optional services are charged on time and material basis
Design your individual form templates
You can create form templates yourself, with a HybridForms partner or with icomedias/HybridForms. If you wish, we can jointly design your first form template together with you and do the technical implementation, stages processes and the connection to third-party systems, so that your team can start quickly and easily.
For simple templates, HybridForms Designer is available as an interactive web tool. Templates for dynamic forms are created in Microsoft Visual Studio Code (free of charge) with formDev by developers. We offer trainings for this.
HybridForms is licensed ONLY by server edition and number of client licenses for users. You can use it to create any number of templates and create and use an unlimited number of individual forms based on these templates – at no additional cost!
Free development environment & integrated development server
For each HybridForms Server edition, you get the free HybridForms formDev tools for advanced development with Microsoft Visual Studio Code. Also included is a built-in HybridForms Development Server feature that allows form templates to be deployed directly and fully tested in the browser.
For development of templates, we offer free documents and documentation as well as training for designers, formDev and usability, controls, as well as parameters and interfaces of the HybridForms Server.
Additional productive Servers and dedicated Servers for testing, staging and training
If you want to use stand-alone servers equal or very close to your production server environment for testing and real conditions, staging or for training, we offer you the respective server version with a 50% discount including 100 free test users.
If you use multiple productive HybridForms Servers, all additional servers of an edition are discounted by 20%. Depending on the application, the HybridForms Server Operator Edition may be an alternative.
Software maintenance for access to updates for the App & HybridForms Server
For software updates and new versions, 20% of the total license sum (server, modules and user CALs) is charged annually in advance. The maintenance costs can be adjusted at least annually based on the price development. The basis of calculation of maintenance costs does not concern one-time costs such as integration, installation or other services.
The updates to new versions are made in the sole decision and responsibility of and by the customer. Software maintenance does not include services for consulting, implementation of updates, installation, migration or the like.
Prerequisites for the HybridForms Server
Requirements are Microsoft Windows Server (recommended 2019, from 2016) as well as Microsoft SQL (recommended 2019, from 2012) or SQL Azure.
HybridForms is used exclusively on the basis of our Terms of Use.
