Software licenses for your own infrastructure: on-premises or in your Azure account

Seven modules are optionally available for the HybridForms Server to integrate specialized functions into your form processes: EnterpriseGeo for connecting your existing GIS, GeoServer for providing a map server of your own, CatalogSync for master data that updates automatically, AnnotatePDF for editing PDFs directly in the app, ReachOut Server for anonymous web forms, DataWasher for secure external uploads, and GroupAdmin for delegated user management.
The modules can be selected independently of the edition and added to Business, Trusted.AI Enterprise, and Trusted.AI Operator alike. They are licensed once and run together with the HybridForms Server.

If you work with the Business edition today, you can upgrade to Trusted.AI Enterprise at any time – and from there on to Trusted.AI Operator. Your existing templates, workflows, catalogs, and interfaces remain fully usable: the upgrade affects the license only, not your processes.

For existing customers: you can test the Trusted.AI Enterprise Edition free of charge and without obligation for three months. This lets you try the Secure AI-Workflow in your own environment and with your own processes before you decide to upgrade.

Two on-premises tiers are available for AI. The AI Server LLM integrates local language models and runs on hardware you provide – with no transfer to external AI providers. The AI Server Guard adds a full AI security layer based on a second AI system: prompt inspection against prompt injection, media inspection against image injection, and result compliance to check the responses. The AI Services Broker decides which model receives which task; predefined AI presets replace free-form prompts.

You would rather not build your own AI infrastructure? Then icomedias runs it for you. In that case Trusted.AI operates on servers in Europe – GDPR compliant and in line with the EU AI Act. You book usage through Token Packs in several sizes and start without your own hardware, without selecting models, and without operational effort.

In addition to the HybridForms Server, you need client licenses for your users. These licenses are available in different scales – you can adjust the number at any time, depending on your needs. Each user with a client license can edit an unlimited number of forms on any number of devices – cross-platform with Android, iOS, Windows and Progressive Web App.

One-time purchase of the client license for each user

For each HybridForms Server edition, you get the free HybridForms formDev tools for advanced development with Microsoft Visual Studio Code.  Also included is a built-in HybridForms Development Server feature that allows form templates to be deployed directly and fully tested in the browser.

For development of templates, we offer free documents and documentation as well as training for designers, formDev and usability, controls, as well as parameters and interfaces of the HybridForms Server.

You buy the license once and use it indefinitely. Access to updates and new versions is covered by annual software maintenance, starting in the first year. It is calculated on the license total for server, modules, and user licenses; one-time services such as installation or integration are not part of that basis.

Whether and when you move to a new version is your decision; carrying out the update is your responsibility.

The Core Server runs on Microsoft Windows Server or on Linux – including as a Docker container. For the database you can use Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Azure, or PostgreSQL. Operating system and database combine freely, and the feature set is identical in every variant.

Your servers, and therefore all your data, always stay with you.
