HybridForms Server & Editions

HybridForms adapts to your IT – not the other way around. Six server editions are available. First you decide which route to take: buy the licenses once and run the server yourself, on your own hardware or in your Azure tenant. In the SaaS model, icomedias runs it for you in the EU.

Software, hosting, and AI are choices you make independently of one another. Every edition allows unlimited form templates and forms; billing is based on the server edition, the modules you select, and the number of users – not on how many forms you process.

Software as a Service (SaaS)

A monthly usage fee for software and infrastructure in three SaaS editions – operated by icomedias in the EU.
