icomedias and the isv4industry software alliance win the Microsoft Country Partner of the Year Award
The isv4industry alliance, founded at the end of 2015 by four Austrian software companies, will be awarded the Microsoft „Country Partner of the Year“ in Austria in its first year. The system-wide solution for consistent networking of production data and processes in the Industry 4.0 environment will be awarded during the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC).
More than 2,500 nominations from 119 countries were considered for the Microsoft Partner of the Year awards. The winners were chosen by a specialist jury out of 37 categories that constitute the Microsoft partner landscape. The most important criteria for the submission of an application are the use of the most recent technologies and the solution of a existing customer problem. The winner and finalists will receive their awards in July 2016 at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) in Toronto.

The isv4industry alliance, which was formed by four independent software vendors (ISV) at the end of 2015, augmensys, COPA-DATA, icomedias and PROLOGICS, won the coveted “Country Partner of the Year Award” in Austria. The alliance was awarded for its holistic solutions for the smart factory of tomorrow and was especially impressive with its intention to network specific knowledge for Industry 4.0 development. The employees are well aware that the success is without doubt based on good collaboration and the conscious decision to go new ways in partnership together.

It is already the second „Country Partner of the Year“ award for icomedias, in 2013 the company received the much-coveted award for the first time. Thus, icomedias confirms its position as a “role model” in the Austrian partner network.
