The Bauer Group now documents all service cases with HybridForms: Extensive importer from Jira, documentation and data acquisition at the customer’s site on Android tablets, interfaces to the ERP system.
HybridForms and mobile forms in service case management
The service sheet, which the service technicians up to now printed out on paper and then filled out, is now displayed completely with HybridForms. A service case is triggered via the Jira Support and Case Management System and all relevant data is imported into HybridForms. The technician documents the operation with his Samsung tablet, the customer finally signs directly on the tablet and receives an extract of the operation report as a PDF. For efficient and transparent processes.

»We were looking for a comprehensive and professional field service solution for our service technicians. Our technicians are deployed worldwide, sometimes in very remote locations, to commission or maintain machines and constructions. Our requirements profile was quite complex and the search for a suitable solution was time-consuming. We then came across icomedias through a recommendation. After the first talks and live demos we were thrilled – HybridForms convinced us from the very first moment.
Our HybridForms Field Service App accompanies the entire deployment process of our technicians. To ensure that everything also functions perfectly from an organisational point of view, we transmit all information to the customer, to the construction site and to the technician at the start of the operation. Using HybridForms, the technician himself documents the entire operation in words and pictures, records working time and material consumption and finally transmits all important data as well as a service sheet signed by the customer. HybridForms is a perfect solution for us: reliable, powerful and future-proof.
The icomedias team advised us professionally right from the start so that we could achieve maximum effectiveness. Being able to trust a partner for implementation and realisation was one of the most important criteria for icomedias and HybridForms. We were not disappointed and would decide like this again.«
