As a Project Manager (m/f/d) at icomedias | HybridForms, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing exciting digitalization projects for our clients in the areas of public safety, police, critical infrastructures (CRITIS), and public authorities.

Your responsibilities

  • Project management: You coordinate customer projects from presales and requirements analysis to successful go-live.
  • Communication & consulting: You are the central point of contact for our customers, analyze their needs, and develop customized solutions.
  • Interface management: You coordinate various tasks internally and act as the interface between the customer and our teams in development, usability/UX, and quality assurance.
  • Resource & time management: You ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and on time, and are responsible for organizing project meetings, project documentation, and providing reports.
  • Optimization & innovation: You identify potentials for improvement and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.

Your profile

  • Experience in project management: You have experience in implementing complex projects, ideally in the areas of software, IT, or digitalization.
  • Structured way of working: You keep an overview, even when things get hectic.

  • Strong communication skills: You can inspire both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Initiative & solution orientation: You are very well organized, contribute ideas, and take responsibility.
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently and competently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical understanding: You have an aptitude for IT applications and very good Microsoft Office skills – ideally also experience with Jira and agile methods (Scrum).

Our offer

For this position, we offer you a collective agreement minimum salary of € 4,346 gross per month (based on 38.5 hours per week, standard level ST2). Of course, there is a market-compliant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
