As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) at icomedias | HybridForms, you will play a central role in acquiring new customers and further developing our market position.

Your responsibilities

New customer acquisition & existing customer support: You identify potential customers, win them over for our enterprise-grade solution HybridForms, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Consulting & sales: You present our App & Software, develop customized solutions, and accompany the entire sales process – from the first contact to the closing.
Market & competitor analysis: You monitor market trends, identify new potentials, and actively contribute your knowledge and ideas to our sales strategy.
Collaboration with marketing & product development: You work closely with our teams to incorporate customer feedback into the further development of HybridForms.

Your profile

Sales experience: You already have experience in B2B sales of software or digital solutions – ideally also in a governmental environment.
Communication skills: You can explain complex topics clearly and inspire customers.
Initiative & goal orientation: You work independently, are highly self-motivated and pursue ambitious goals.
Language skills: You communicate confidently and competently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
Technical understanding: You have excellent Microsoft Office skills and possess an affinity for and experience with software solutions or digitalization projects.

Our offer

For this position, we offer you a collective agreement minimum salary of € 5,132 gross per month (based on 38.5 hours per week, experience level ST2). This salary is part of an attractive, performance-based bonus model. Of course, there is a market-compliant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
