As a Support Specialist (m/f/d), you are the central contact point for our customers whenever questions or issues arise. Your goal: fast, competent solutions and satisfied users.

Your mission

  • Handle customer inquiries: You are the direct line to our customers – via phone, email, or our support portal.
  • Solve or coordinate issues: You answer many questions yourself and forward more complex topics to our technical team.
  • Manage tickets: You maintain support tickets in Jira, qualify requests accurately, and ensure nothing gets left behind.
  • Document & analyze: You record issues in a structured way and work with tools like Jira and Dynamics CRM.
  • Customer care: You stay on the case until the problem is resolved – making sure our customers feel well supported.

What you bring

  • Experience in IT support: You have already worked in customer support and know how to provide quick, solution-oriented help.
  • Strong communication skills: You explain technical topics clearly and understandably – in both German and English.
  • Initiative & team spirit: You work independently but know when to ask for support.
  • Technical interest: You have a solid understanding of software, are familiar with tools like Jira and CRM systems, and ideally bring basic knowledge of JS/HTML/XML for troubleshooting.

Our offer

For this position, we offer a collective agreement minimum salary of € 3,063 gross per month (based on 38.5 hours/week, General Activities (AT), IT Collective Agreement). Of course, there is a market-based overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
