Release Notes: HybridForms Version 9.2 (February 2023)
HybridForms Version 9.2 is an immediate update for the mobile Client App (Android, iOS, and Windows), the Progressive Web App (PWA), and the HybridForms ReachOut Server. With the update, you get some new features and benefit from usability optimizations and bug fixes.
New in this version
Photo documentation: file size of images
Mobile photo documentation is one of the most important and frequently used features of the HybridForms App. Users can take as many photos as they want during an assignment, and these are automatically displayed in the corresponding form, properly sorted and time-stamped. In the detail view, the file size is now listed in addition to the image size. A small, but very helpful extension of the function for daily use.
Use: For all users who also document their operations visually with the integrated photo function.
Repeating Units: Sorting of the blocks
Repeating Units are repeatable blocks that a user can add (and also remove) in a form as needed, simply with a click. The number of existing repeating units is then displayed in the tab of the respective section, each number [1] [2] […] is linked with a jump label to the corresponding unit. Application examples for repeating units are multiple person data in an accident incident report or additional components in a building condition report.
With version 9.2, it is now possible to define in the form template whether the added blocks should be displayed in chronologically descending or ascending order.
Use: For all developers of form templates.
